Can you clean after hours?
Yes. Most commercial work is done before opening or after closing so it does not disrupt your business.
Can you work with our strata manager?
Yes. We can quote to the strata manager, follow the agreed scope and schedule, and send updates to them directly.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients give us access arrangements. We agree these when booking.
Do you do linen and laundry?
Our service is cleaning only at this stage. Ask us about your property and we will confirm what is included.

How long does a spring clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the home. We give a fixed quote after you tell us about the property.
Do you clean flyscreens too?
Yes. Flyscreens are cleaned as part of the service and we can include tracks and sills.
What surfaces can you pressure clean?
Concrete, pavers, bricks and most hard outdoor surfaces. Delicate surfaces are assessed first.
How long until carpet is dry?
Drying time depends on the carpet and weather, and we explain what to expect when we quote.
How often should bins be cleaned?
Most homes choose every few months. Commercial sites and bin rooms can be monthly or weekly.
What can’t you remove?
Hazardous waste such as asbestos, chemicals and paint needs a licensed specialist. Ask us if you are unsure.
